Duke is an absolutely gorgeous bay colt with a Ligthning bolt on his forhead, two matching rear stockings and 2 front socks/stockings. Duke is out of the 16.3 hand Liver Chestnut Hanoverian Mare Whits End and he is sired by the gorgeous Hanoverian stallion Donarweiss GGF. Duke will make an awesome dressage or hunter prospect with that 10++++++ trot.

We took Duke to his first show.  He was the 2nd highest scoring Colt/Gelding of the day!! Judges comments - Attractive head, shapely neck, good length of croup, well muscled hind quarter, correct hind legs.  reaching walk, clear rhythm. Typey Colt. 

Duke was Inspected and Branded Hanoverian in October 09. The Inspector had fabulous comments as he strutted his stuff around the ring. He made a point of indicating how beautifully he was turned out. Should mature 16hh.

Duke was Reserve Champion Colt or Gelding June 2011, Qualifying him for the Regional finals for DSHB in September!

September 17 & 18 - Duke was named Champion PHR High Score Horse at the Sunshine Classics I & II, he was 2nd in the Colt and Gelding Class on Saturday, he won the Hanoverian class and he placed 4th in the Great American Insurance/USDF Southeast Colt and Gelding Championship Finals!!!

Judges Comments: Well developed frame, fairly well set neck, very smooth over loin. Good elbow-stifle ratio, good lenth to forearm & gaskin. Shows some nice scope.
