At Sauer Stables our focus is to strengthen the bond between horse and rider from the early stages of birth to the show ring. We work on the ground and in the saddle to create a strong foundation that produces top athletes, willing competitors and best friends. By combining individual exercise programs with daily handling and turnout, our young horses learn how to behave both in and out of their stalls. We emphasize good manners and social behavior for all of our horses and can work with any personality type to develop a confident champion. We include basic dressage training when starting a horse under saddle to improve balance, communication, and discipline. www.sauerstables.com

Katie Kepes is an experienced equestrian professional who has successfully competed at the National level in the Hunter and Equitation disciplines.
Personalized, professional, and friendly lessons are offered to riders of all levels and ages. A solid foundation in the basics of horsemanship is taught to all students as well as a tailored lesson program to accommodate the specific needs of each horse and rider.
Unique services are offered for riders in the Sarasota/Bradenton area who have their own horse and riding facility available to them. Please contact Katie for more information on availability and traveling distance.
For those riders who do not have their own horse available to them for use in lessons, Katie works with Laurel Valley Ranch in Sarasota, FL to offer lessons using reliable and safe lesson horses.
